The natural rubber for the hot water bottles comes from a plantation in Sri Lanka. There, the environment and the rubber trees are treated in a sustainable way which promotes biodiversity.

The production of the hot water bottles also takes place in Sri Lanka. The factory treats the environment and its staff in a CSR manner. Socially responsible work is also done on the plantation. The fair trade surcharge for every kg of rubber improves the living conditions of the workers.
