The paper is ideal as a natural alternative to silicone-coated baking paper. Simply tear off the desired length of paper and place it on the baking tray and rub well with oil or butter, otherwise the food will bake! The paper is heat resistant up to 220°C.
Opened food and leftovers will stay fresh longer when covered with this 4-in-1 paper. Tear off the desired paper length, wet it well under the tap, squeeze out the water and unfold it carefully. Then you put the paper around the edge of the saucer / bowl. The paper sticks to the edge and protects the contents from drying out.
The 4-in-1 paper can be used for almost anything that previously used aluminum foil. Baked potatoes, for example, can be cooked in the oven without aluminum foil. Simply tear off the desired paper length, hold it under the tap, squeeze out the water, wrap the potatoes in the moist paper, put it in the oven - and you're done! Also suitable for fish, meat and vegetables.
Fatty foods such as sausage, cheese and smoked fish stay fresh longer when wrapped in this paper. Due to a special production process, this naturally pure paper is both breathable and grease-free.

I agree with Petra, its especially useful for baking paper but I haven't used it as foil so far. Awesome that its biodegradable, although I'm yet to try compost it.
As a baking paper it works well, as an alternative to foil it's sometimes difficult to use since I cannot put wet paper on all foods. But all in all very happy with it.
